The Riddle of the Mirrors
Your path leads you to a cave whose entrance resembles a giant stone maw. Dark and damp, the faint dripping of water echoes through the silence, amplifying the mysterious atmosphere.
As you step inside, you see eight mirrors arranged in perfect alignment at the center of the cave. The clue from your last task returns to your mind—it must be connected to these mirrors.
A single ray of sunlight breaks through a tiny opening in the ceiling and strikes the first mirror. But the light stops there—the magic that once connected the mirrors seems to have faded. At the edge of the cave, you discover a pile of ancient stone tablets, each engraved with strange terms. Shimmering water on the walls reflects ghostly symbols, like hidden hints waiting to be found. As you lift one of the tablets, a letter carved into it begins to glow when brought near a mirror. It quickly becomes clear: only by placing the tablets in the correct order before the mirrors can the beam of sunlight be passed along—and the cave’s secret revealed.
Time is running short, and the feeling of unseen eyes watching you from the darkness grows stronger. There is no room for error—Bastet and Gart are counting on you. With a deep breath, you pick up the first tablet and begin restoring the magic of the mirrors.
Assign the correct letters to the mirrors. Once each mirror holds the right letter, they begin to rotate in the correct direction.
